Level 1- Beginner (Part 1)

Service Description

Our goal for this course is that you will be able to manage simple situations. For example, introducing yourself, talking about your family, your city, your habits, ordering food or asking for a price. The course is divided into two parts and each part consists of 12 lessons of 1 hour once a week. We use our own materials, and the book that your teacher will indicate you in your first lesson. The book is not included in the course price. It is recommended to study at home in order to make the course more effective. Groups have a maximum of 8 students and a minimum of 4. This way each student receives the necessary attention. Starting dates may be delayed as the course will start when there is a minimum of 4 students enrolled.

Cancellation Policy

PRIVATE LESSONS If you cannot attend a class, please let us know via Whattassap or email at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, and with great regret, we will have to charge you for the lesson. I remind you that if you have purchased a package of 5 private lessons, these are valid for 3 months and the packages of 10 private lessons are valid for 6 months (except in special situations, previously discussed with the teacher). The packages are non-refundable. COURSES We hope that this is not the case and that you can continue with us until the end of the course, but we want you to know that once the course has started, the course fee is non-refundable. *If the class cannot take place due to unforeseen circumstances, the teacher will arrange a make-up time as soon as possible.
